Melissa Caddick, a missing businesswoman, has told a lawyer that her brother is assisting police with “what is becoming a murder inquiry.”

The Dover Heights mother-of-one, who vanished from her $7 million houses on November 12 and hasn’t been seen since was represented by a barrister in Federal Court on Friday.

With Ms. Caddick still missing, her lawyer said today in court that getting instructions from Ms. Caddick’s brother Adam Grimley and husband Anthony Koletti was proving “extremely difficult.”
